ODM (contract design): Built on mature product platforms of our partner factories, functions, appearance, and configuration are adjusted to customer needs — shortening development lead time and reducing tooling risk.
Service scope

R&D & customization capabilities (systematic)
Public-mold / private-mold choice: public molds enable fast mass production, lower cost, and faster market entry; private molds deliver stronger differentiation and higher barriers, with investment and timeline assessed per project.
Joint development with source manufacturers: leveraging the source supply chain of China’s small-appliance industrial cluster and long-term strategic partnerships with source manufacturers, we lead requirements, design follow-up, and quality control while the customer deals with a single interface. Through joint development and priority scheduling, we lock stable capacity, price jointly, and respond quickly to customization requests and changes.
Full ODM process: concept definition → appearance and structural design → prototype confirmation → tooling → mass production, with written customer confirmation at each stage before proceeding.
Service process & timeline
requirement discussion & proposal (1–3 working days) → quotation & confirmation (2–3 working days) → sampling (7–15 days) → mass production (25–45 days, depending on order volume) → inspection (2–3 days) → logistics & customs clearance (assessed per shipping route). Confidentiality commitment
Brand materials, product designs, supplier information, and order details provided by customers are kept strictly confidential; an NDA can be signed before cooperation, and materials are archived or destroyed per customer request after the project ends.
IP red lines
Customers must hold lawful authorization for the brands, trademarks, and designs they provide. We do not counterfeit, do not infringe, and do not produce any product that infringes third-party intellectual property. On our own-brand side, the Chinese trademark “Qiansiyu” is registered under Classes 7 and 11.
